Leslie an advocate for children, adolescents, and adults is committed to helping caregivers navigate the complex world of special education and the world of the special need adult. She also shares her personal journey with her caregivers of seniors, having helped manage the care of her own parents who had serious medical problems and dementia for over a decade. Leslie has been a consultant, educator, and resource to caregivers and seniors for the past 43 years. She lectures widely on topics related to understanding the CSE/CPSE process, improving parent/school collaboration, parenting issues, understanding special needs trusts & social security, Medicare advantage, supplemental and Rx insurance, aging, and work/family balance to caregivers, parents, health care professionals, and seniors.
